Discount Wheel and Tire - Waipahu

Ive had a lot of work done with Waipahu Discount Wheel and Tire, from new tires to new axle, they are always fast and efficient. I never feel like they take advantage of me financially like other companies have. Ive had bad experiences of other places "requiring" work that doesn't really need to be done on my car, or purchasing a more expensive tire because "thats what is required for my car", but waipahu discount wheel and tire has always been fair and transparent about what I need or dont need. Thanks for taking care of me.

Been coming to Discount Wheel & Tire in Waipahu for years, and they always take good care of me. The team is friendly, helpful, and gets the job done quickly without any hassle. They explain what needs to be done, give honest recommendations, and make you feel welcome every time you walk in. In a place where word-of-mouth means a lot, these guys have earned my trust over the years. Great customer service, efficient work, and fair treatment every visit. If you need tires or wheels, I definitely recommend checking them out. Mahalo to the whole team for the excellent service! 🤙🏽🌺

Decided to come by to check if they plug tires cuz unfortunately my wife caught a screw. Lol. Went in, met with Andy and he said we sure do but it'll be a wait because of how busy it was. Andy was such an easy guy to talk to, felt like a conversation with a friend. While we patiently waited, before we knew it, our tire was plugged and we were on our way. Every business involving vehicles will always be busy, but for him to fit us in and get us back on the road is what makes the experience better. No turning away customers just simply being honest with time frames and service is what i like. We will be back for other services! Shout out to Discount Wheel and Tire for what they do and their efficiency!!

Phone help day prior was inconsistent with information on tire quantity, service times and help ability. Was recommended to schedule an appointment. I did. They said it would deter me having to wait long. Arrived at appointment time. Tire quantity needed to be checked. Amount inconsistent and inefficient. (Day before stated 15 CT. DAY of 5 CT. Only 1 tire available in reality. Also requested that I return 2 hours later to get service. As they appeared to be overbooked. Area was very loud with radio on full blast in front area and wait area. Wait area uncomfortable and staff uncomfortable and unknowlegable about tire quantity and lost this customers trust quickly. Shop there if you want to, but be prepared for excitement, surprises, theatrics, drama, and delays to save a bit of coin. No thank you, I'm good elsewhere for less anxiety, stress and headaches. Let's just say, I took by business elsewhere.

I made an appointment a couple of weeks ago, and the one near me had their alignment machine moved, so I resorted to this location. My friends with cool cars had their tires replaced at DW&T before, so I chose to go here. I had some Falkens replaced on my car because my existing tire treads were getting to the wear limit marks after 5 years. Heading to the place, I didn't really know who to talk to for check-in, as there were 2 guys behind the counter, so I waited in front of them until I was helped. Would like to see a greeter of some sort to get help with. Upon dropping off the vehicle and leaving the place, the tech got into my car and decided to rev my car a bit (not to redline, luckily). My car does sounds great, but was it necessary? I explored around the area and afterward went to pearlridge. I was expecting a call after 2 hours, but I decided to head back to the place, with my car in the lot with the new tires installed. I paid up and took a look at my car. All 4 valve stem caps were missing, my passenger window was smudged, and I can see they placed the tires on the faces of my rims during mounting, leaving black marks. Headed back inside, and the guys behind the counte
